Loan agreement signed 15 February 2019 and effective 30 May 2019; planned service area 50,764 ha of which 15,280 ha completed; 694.54 km of the 1,521 km network modernised; the Ereğli-İvriz contract completed and Uzunlu 80 per cent complete; the Atabey and Alaşehir contracts terminated on 3 May and 8 August 2023 and rebid; the additional financing is to complete those two schemes and the closing date moves from 27 February 2026 to 31 December 2028.
